The cabochons you'll find here are from Virginia & West Virginia. Both states have a variety of fossils which will be coming soon to this web site. Virginia also carries gold and had one of the first gold mines in the nation. Thomas Jefferson found the first recorded piece of gold in Gold Vein, Virginia in 1749. Gold was mined until the civil war which stopped production. I'll be adding some of Virginia's mining History to the site along with some gold nugget photos that came from VA. The stones here came mostly from the gold bearing district. All are cut and polished to perfection in my own cutting shop. If you need a different size don't hesitate to contact us, we're always willing to accommodate your preferences. There are two views of each stone. Satisfaction guaranteed!!
Shipping will be $3.55 priority with confirmation or $1.55 firstclass your choice unless item(s) are over 2 lbs.
